NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-020193, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Hillsborough County Public Auction website, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BAYSHORE WEST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3154 BAYSHORE OAKS DR, TAMPA, FL 33611.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
