NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-013102, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Hillsborough County Public Auction website, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 BLOCK 12, HAMPTON PARK TOWNHOMES, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 5321 LADYWELL CT UNIT #3, TAMPA, FL 33624.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
