NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-008056, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSFB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and ANGELA D. HONACKIE A/K/A ANGELA HONACKIE; THE SHADOW RUN HOME OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; ASSET PRESERVATION TRUST SERVICES, INC. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HONACKIE FAMILY LAND TRUST # 11515, DATED JULY 19, 2011; SHANE D. HONACKIE A/K/A SHANE HONACKIE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
