Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2013, entered in Case No. 08-CA-019602, pending in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and CHARLESTON CORNERS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, and CHARLESTON PLACE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder, at 10:00 a.m. online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 8, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 6, Block 3, CHARLESTON PLACE TOWNHOMES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 102, page 32 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
