WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and ASHRAF YACOUB; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ASHRAF YACOUB; CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES, INC.; TERRACE OAKS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER SLADKEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SARAH CARTER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
