BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and NELSON CUEVAS; IVETTE BRUNO A/K/A EVETTE BRUNO; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; IVETTE MILAGROS BRUNO; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, IN BLOCK 2, OF SANDER'S AND CLAY'S ADDITION TO SOUTH YBOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
