Final Judgment was awarded on June 04, 2013 in Civil Case No.:10-CA-024251, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, PRAXEDES CRUZ A/K/A PRAXEDES P. CRUZ; YVETTE CRUZ; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
