NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-028976, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-9 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and PETER MEAD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; THE PINNACLE AT CARROLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; EURI MEAD and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3-209, AT THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15696, PAGE 1336, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; UNIT 3-209, AT THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15696, PAGE 1336, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
