NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-006268, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1, is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY P. JAGMOHAN; HAPSHIRE VILLAS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCING AT THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES, 50'34" E., (ASSUMED BEARING), 606.20 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTH 300.07 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 51' 30 W., 173.76 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 11'58" E., 7.82 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 11'58" E., 44.34 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 48'02" E., 64.64 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 11'58" W., 44.34 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 48'02" W., 64.64 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
