NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013196, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6 is Plaintiff and ANTHONY M. VIZZONE; HEIDI VIZZONE; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
