NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-006723 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and JORGE E. PADILLA; MANUELITA D. PADILLA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; JANE DOE N/K/A ROSA RIVERA, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, BLOCK 3, WOODBRIDGE PARK UNIT NUMBER 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
