NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-007659 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which MorEquity, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Luz Maria Rubio, Ramiro Rubio , Jaime Property Development, Inc., Sander Enterprises, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation, by and through its Secretary Jaime Nieves, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 199, LESS ROAD AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 200, KATHRYN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING SAID LOTS ON THE SOUTH.
