NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-018239 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR3 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated February 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and Sherri M. Koper, Beneficial Florida, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc., d/b/a American Mortgage Network of Florida, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
