NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-018014 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CHASE MORTGAGE FINANCE CORPORATION MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1, Plaintiff, and, HUEBNER, CINDY M., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 6TH day of AUGUST, 2013, the following described property:
