LOT 1, BLOCK 11, FISHHAWK RANCH TOWNCENTER PHASE “2B”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK101 , PAGES 108 THROUGH 119, OF THE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5922 BEACONPARK STREET, LITHIA, FL 33547; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 22, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
