NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 031113, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JUDITH CHANDLER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) in possession are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19thday of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, IN BLOCK 1, BAY CREST PARK UNIT NO. 2, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
