NOTICE, is given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 17th day of June, 2013, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-16022 of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Edward J. and Dawn M. Gleason are the Plaintiffs and S.E.Flagler, Trustee of the 9318 N. Nebraska Ave. Land Trust dated February 16, 2006, Antonio Colon and the City of Tampa are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest bidder for cash. The sale will be conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 a.m. on the 7th day of August, 2013, the following described real property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 62 FEET OF THE NORTH 50 FEET OF LOT1, BLOCK 15, NORTH SIDE HOMES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART OF TAKING BY HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FOR STATE ROAD 45 IN SUIT NO. 76-1624, with a street address of 9318 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33612.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
