SPATARO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN J. SPATARO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

HAMMER'S FREDONIA REYNOLDS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER AND RUN NORTH 74 DEGREES 00 MINUTES WEST ALONG SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY 222.9 FEET NORTH 16 DEGREES 00 MINUTES EAST 30 FEET, NORTH 79 DEGREES 23 MINUTES EAST 194.9 FEET TO THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LUTIE DRIVE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG RIGHT OF WAY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
