NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-015981, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff, and DANIEL BUNTYN A/K/A DAN BUNTYN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL BUNTYN A/K/A DAN BUNTYN; HOLLY KESTENS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; QUAIL RUN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 15438, BUILDING 21, QUAIL RUN PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3878, PAGE 1753 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4244, PAGE 1406 AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 15438 E. Pond Woods Drive, Tampa, FL 33618.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
