NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-018753, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC. is Plaintiff, and JOSE R. NUNEZ A/K/A JOSE NUNEZ, ANGELA NUNEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 20, AVON SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH NORTH ½ OF VACATED THE ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH, SAID ALLEY BEING VACATED IN ORDINANCE NO. 7700-A RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3832, PAGE 512, OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS
