NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-000048, DIVISION: K, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and ERIC G. HAYES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC G. HAYES; MEADOWOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PRECISION PAVING OF TAMPA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY , FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 279, MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3180, PAGE 211, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY,FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
This property is located at the street address of: 7913 Tangerine Dr. #279 Tampa, FL 33637.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
