Sims, Tropic Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n.k.a Stephanie Carter, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
