NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on July 9, 2013, beginning at 9:30 a.m. a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, to consider the petition of Aaron and Deanna Betton to release the following:

A portion of a drainage and utility easement on Lot 8, Feather Sound - Custom Home Site Unit I Subdivision, Plat Book 75, Page 70 in Section 2-30-16 Pinellas County, Florida.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
