NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11009565CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14, Plaintiff, and, BRUM, STEVEN, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 31ST day of JULY, 2013, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 1, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 2, BLOCK “B”, PARADISE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
