NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52 2011 CA 001347 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and SHAWN P. FOLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWN P. FOLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SCOTSDALE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 10th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK 4, SCOTSDALE-UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 53 THROUGH 58, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
