NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on June 7, 2013, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described on the attached Exhibit A, (the “Property”), at a public sale on September 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.

PARCEL I:
Lot 73, BLUE WATER COVE FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Pages 71, 72 and 73, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

PARCEL II:
All of Lot 6 and Lot 7, less and except that part described as follows: Begin at a point in the South boundary line of said Lot 7 which is located twenty (20) feet Easterly along said boundary from the Southwest corner of said Lot 7 for a point of beginning; and from the point of beginning thus established, run thence Westerly along the South boundary of said Lot 7 a distance of 20.0 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 7; run thence North along the West boundary of said Lot 7 a distance of 120.40 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 7; run thence Easterly along the North boundary of said Lot 7 a distance of 14.0 feet; run thence Southerly in a straight line to the established point of beginning, all lying and being in Block “B”, of PLEASANT GROVE PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the map of plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 20 and 21, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
