Trust 2005-HE1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE1, is the Plaintiff and Helen R. Dean a/k/a Helen Ruth Dean, , are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
