NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-008310 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a/k/a Wachovia Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., f/k/a Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Alastair Burlingham, The Unknown Spouse of Alastair Burlingham, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
