NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-011036 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Jeff Poole a/k/a Jeffrey Poole, Tenant #1 n/k/a Dennis Rowe, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, LAKELAND GROVES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
