Dowling, Kerry K. Dowling, Regions Bank, successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
