NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522009CA010502XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and PAUL S. CHARLES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of July, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, AND THE EAST 2 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK J, REVISED PLAT OF NAVAJO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDSOF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
