NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-013554, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR1 is the Plaintiff and EURA TRIPLETT-MOBLEY, CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BEAR STEARNS RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, THE VILLAGE OF WOODLAND HILLS ASSOCIATION, INC., ROSALIND GILLESPIE, ROMAN G. MOBLEY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of July, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, VILLAGE OF WOODLAND HILLS UNIT 5 & 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 34 - 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
