LOT 19, CURLEW TRAILS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 125, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1383 Curlew Road, Dunedin, FL 34698, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on OCTOBER 3, 2013, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
