NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 05, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-000033 CI (20) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH A. KISTINGER; DAVE G. RICHARDSON; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; COVE CAY COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; COVE CAY VILLAGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL, UNIT NO 7-A, EIGHTH PHASE, BUILDING NO. 8, OF COVE CAY VILLAGE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE(S) 115-124, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4993, PAGE 1579 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
