NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-004851-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and KAYTRA D. FOSTER A/K/A KAYTRA FOSTER; ROBERT A. WRIGHT, SR. A/K/A ROBERT A. WRIGHT A/K/A ROBERT WRIGHT; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, AND THE EAST 11.25 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK L, FAIRMOUNT PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
