NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-9011 CI 21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Kevin Hoffman, A/K/A Kevin J. Hoffman; Unknown Spouse of Kevin Hoffman A/K/A Kevin J. Hoffman; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Lehman Brothers Bank, F.S.B.; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; and SunTrust Bank, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 30, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 25 and 26, Block A, KENILWORTH, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
