NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-006050-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO.1 is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND ASSIGNEES OF JACQUELYN PAYNE, Deceased, LIENORS, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JACQUELYN PAYNE, Deceased, STATE FARM BANK, F.S.B. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 2, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 1044, CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in OR. Book 3497, Page 424, and Amendment thereto in O.R. Book 3600, Page 46 and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 50 through 53, inclusive, both fo the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
