NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 08010132CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of July, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 18, LESLEE HEIGHTS-SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 18 AND 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
