NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-001307-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas f/k/a Bankers Trust Company as Trustee for RALI 2004QS2 was the Plaintiff and JEFFREY SIMMS, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 22, GLENWOOD ESTATES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
