NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-008356-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and, PATRICIA RINGLESPAUGH F/K/A PATRICIA S. JOBB A/K/A PATRICIA ANN RINGLESPAUGH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA RINGLESPAUGH N/K/A LEONARD RINGLESPAUGH; LANCE ANDERSON; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on July 15, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
