NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. , of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and TRACY SULLIVAN; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 40 FEET AT LOT 8 AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 11, BOCA RATON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
