NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11003294CI-021 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1,2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ3, is Plaintiff and Juan Rodriguez a/k/a Juan F. Rodriguez, Forest Lakes at Largo Property Owners Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Juan Rodriguez a/k/a Juan F. Rodriguez, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, et al.; are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, in Block 9, of Forest Lakes at Largo, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 123, at Pages 12 through 14, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 13684 Forest Lake Drive, Largo, FL 33771
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
