NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006032 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-B UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and , MARY TEETER A/K/A MARY L. TEETER; and MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. TWO, ASSOCIATION, INC.; and MAINLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 42, MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY GULF, UNIT TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 1-8 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3071, PAGE 647, RE-RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3113, PAGE
516 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
