YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for enforcement of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage on October 27, 2010 in the above referenced matter in the form of a Motion to Enforce Final Judgment and Request for Order to Show Cause and Other Relief has been filed.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Ramsey Scheuerle, Esq., of Chapman, Scheuerle &Associates, PA, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 205 N. Parsons Ave., Ste. A, Brandon, Florida 33510, on or before July 26, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action involves real property in Pinellas County, Florida, in a partition action and the property is more fully described as follows:
Lot 89, RIVIERA HEIGHTS - 1ST ADD., according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, page 60, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
