CITY OF DUNEDIN Arts & Crafts Festival Manager Services RFP 13-1004 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from individuals/firms qualified to perform the services of a Manager for the City's Arts & Crafts Festival. The Arts & Crafts Festival is held on four (4) agreed upon weekends during the calendar year. The event occurs between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The Arts & Crafts Festival is held on a section of Main Street in downtown Dunedin. The Festival Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Arts & Crafts Festival. This includes the recruitment of vendors, customer relations, event planning and coordination and any other work necessary to facilitate the Arts & Crafts Festival.

Proposals are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any proposals received after that time and date will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
