NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-004139 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Trustee For the Certificateholders of the CWABS, INC., Asset-Backed Certificates, series 2004-9, Plaintiff and William N. Vairo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2, CLOVERPLACE, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE I), ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73 PAGE 98-100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 23, 1983, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5669, PAGES 189-257, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
