NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009804 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Wilshire Holding Group, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 43, TARA CAY SOUND, SOUTH VILLAGE, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGES 80 THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
