NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-011720 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Adjustable Rate Mortgage Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-1, Plaintiff and James M. Brescia are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 60 FEET OF LOT 45 AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 46, BARRETT MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
