NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003615 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Bonaventure Community Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BOOK 6050, PAGES 854 THROUGH 929, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6050, PAGES 930 AND 931, INCLUSIVE, O.R. BOOK 6052, PAGE 275, O.R. BOOK 6052, PAGE 277, O.R. BOOK 6052, PAGE 280, O.R. BOOK 6105, PAGE 1312, AND O.R. BOOK 6105, PAGE 1318, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 52 THROUGH 56, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 6 AND 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
