NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-010932 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Certificateholders CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2005-81 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-81, Plaintiff and George Valsamides and Georgia Valsamides are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 103, 650 ISLAND WAY, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND EXHIBITS, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6856, PAGES 1727 THROUGH 1762, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 79 THROUGH 84, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
